Q1:(50%)A helium ballon is used to lift a load. The total weight of the
load and the envelope of the balloon is W. The volume of the helium when
the balloon is fully inflated is V. The temperature of the air is T,the
gas constant is R,and the atmospheric pressure on the ground is P0.
The air density on the ground is ρ0 and the gravitational constant is g.
The ballon is inflated that the net upward force on the balloon and
its load is F.Neglect any effects due to the changes of temperature as
the altitude changes.
(a)How many moles of helium gas are contained in the balloon?
(b)At what altitude will the balloon be fully inflated?
(c)In order to reach the altitude at which it is fully inflated,
what is the maximum value of W?(也就是問：為了能達到(b)中所得的高度，
