今天開信箱, 發現來自 Rutgers 系主任的信, 他說:
I am the new Graduate Program Director in the Department of Food
Science, Rutgers University. You have applied for the admission to our
Ph.D. program. Your graduate record is very good, I plan to grant your
admission. However, there is one problem, both your GRE English as well
as TOEFL scores are below the standard for our graduate school
admission. The only way I will be able to make an exception is to talk
to you on the phone (using English). I like to call you tomorrow
(Saturday, March 15 evening at 9 pm, Eastern time USA; which probably
equivalent to Taiwan time on Sunday morning). Please let me know
whether this time is convenient to you. If it is ok, please let me know
your telephone number which I can call you. If you cannot make it, we
have to schedule after next Tuesday.
雖然參觀基隆站而漏掉收信時間......而漏掉phone time 我還是不會後悔.....
反正還有的補救....
