    Before the competition stars, we would be honoured with your attendance
                                 at the
               L'Oreal e-Strat Challenge Taiwan Kick Off Party

                      On Wednesday, 8 January 2003
                        From 15:00 to 16:30 pm
                          At L'Oreal Taiwan
              6F, 200, Keelung Road. Section 1, Taipei 110, Taiwan

   At the party:
      Because e-Strat is a game of strategy, you will meet with the President
      & Managing Director of L'Oreal Taiwan, Stephen Mosely, who will share
      with about the game's genesis and the Challenge's strategic objectives.

      e-Strat puts you as the head of your own company, giving you the
      chance to run your own business. The General Manager of Luxury Products
      Division will also be there to share and exchange with you the
      day-to-day challenges of his role at L'Oreal.

      And finally, you will be able to meet face to face with your fellow
      Taiwan competitors, before entering this virtual world of the
      simulation.

   This is the perfect opportunity for you to know your L'Oreal Taiwan
   Human Resources Managers, as well as ring in the New Year!
