2級碳要看離去基跟Base，這可能要看文獻的實驗結果了。
我會覺得是E2。

這我有點忘了，最常看到的SnAr是amine去打，忘記alkoxide能不能了，
記得好像可以。

簡單來講，題目就是問說對苯環做溴化反應，哪個選項沒有lewis acid下
可以快速的進行反應。
有機課本苯環反應性有分六大類，
第一類反應性最好的沒有lewis acid也能進行溴化反應。
