1.since catechin is beneficial to our body, we should know how much catechin
is contained in tea.

3. yes 因為各種tea其catechin 不一定相同
4. 先配製standard concentration之catechin 打HPLC
5.可加一些standard catechin to sample 看其peak會較大則確定是同一compound而beer
law 則確定HPLC-UV ok

3.no 因apotransferrin +Fe3+ ->transferrin 則兩蛋白質電荷不同
