兔跳 Bunny hop 與其說兔跳是一種特技,不如說他是一種騎士''必備的技巧'', 不困難,人人都可學‧因為不論你是騎downhill或是xc或是 freeride,你都可以使用bunny hop,在陽明山的下坡,你不必 因為凹凸的水溝蓋減速,你可以飛躍它,在市區你不必因為人 行道的高低差減速,你一樣也可以飛上人行道,有時因為一些 路上的突發路況,只要你懂得bunny hop,你可能就不會摔車‧ 不論你使用卡踏或普通踏板(我比較贊成用普通踏板),都可以 練習‧如同其他技巧,你必須在一個平坦、沒有車子的地方練習‧ 步驟一 先選擇一個要跳起假想點,可以用易開罐作記號(用不用易開 罐作記號其實無所謂,但是依我的經驗,有一個具體的跳起點 讓你看到是很有利於練習的)‧已和緩的速度接近跳點,大尺 盤的轉動,輕重其實無謂,接近跳點時踏板成水平,兩邊同高 ,人是站在踏板上,不要坐著‧距離跳點約2.5公尺處(可以自 己去感覺這個距離)身體往後蹲(不要坐下去)準備躍起‧ 步驟二 當前輪快碰到跳點時,身體往上跳起,並且將把手拉起(注意 腳不要脫離踏板,否則會被腳踏車ㄚ……),然後利用後腳踏 板將後輪帶起(有一點腳往後踢的感覺,trust me,try it,you gonna make it),此時兩輪應該都在空中(至於高度就得練習練 習離才能提高)‧踏板在全程都得保持水平已利帶起後輪(這點 我也做不好,若有人知道如何做,麻煩回PO)‧ 步驟三 當兩輪都離地時,將把手往前"丟"(可別真的放手啊),全身 感覺是將車子往前推,這樣會使高度更高,飛行距離 更遠‧再"丟"車時,記得抓緊手把,將煞車放開,否則 會很慘‧(若是在一般道路跳躍障礙,我覺得只要能跳起 來,至於要不要很用力丟車,其實不是很重要) 步驟四 當車子達水平時達到最高點,準備下落‧將手把微微拉 起以免前輪著地,可以以雙輪或以後輪著地,選一種你 覺得順的方式做‧ 步驟五 落地後,雙腿可以微微蹲下,以吸收落地的撞擊(不要以 側向落地,否則就可能和我一樣,鬆開後煞才騎的)‧都你 可以完整輕鬆的作出上述動作,你可以準備迎接下一個更 高的障礙或台階,try it,it's really useful‧ 以下是原文 from www.mbuk.com bunnyhop The bunny hop is great move to learn because it can be used in so many different situations regardless of the type of riding you do. Whether you're hopping over a log on the trail, clearing a gap on a downhill or flying over a can in the street the technique remains the same. Practice the hop in a quiet, traffic-free place and don't forget to throw on a lid. Whether you use SPDs or flats is up to you. We suggest you learn the bunny hop with what you usually ride in, although some purists will argue that you should always learn with flats and therefore master the technique without cutting any corners. But that's purists for you. The choice is yours. Step 1 Ride along with your pedals level at a slow pace to begin with. Pick an imaginary spot - or use an object that won't mess you up, like a can for example - where you're going to hop. Crouch down on your approach ready to explode upwards with the bike attached to you. Step 2 Just before the front wheel hits the imaginary spot, explode upwards, pull up on the bars and a split second later with your feet on the pedals. The trick is to unweight the bike by pulling the bike into your body and both wheels should leave the ground. By keeping your feet level throughout the hop this helps to scoop up the back wheel. Step 3 Once you're in the air push forwards on the handlebars to level the bike out. This will also help to bring the back wheel even higher. It is really important to remember to lay off the brakes throughout the bunny hop, especially the front or things might turn nasty. Step 4 As the bike levels you will have reached the peak of the hop and gravity will start do its job and bring you back to earth. Pull up on the bars so that you don't land front wheel first. You want to land on both wheels or the rear first for a smooth and sleek bunny hop. Step 5 As the wheels touch down use your arms and legs as shock absorbers to take the sting out of the landing.
