我個人覺得一些特技很好玩, 所以找了 一些資料看, 希望也有其他人能一起玩 以下是從mbuk地站上摘錄的技巧解說, 有加入一些個人意見, 希望有興趣的人可以試試, 有問題就回po吧 若想''看看''練習的動作, 可至www.mbuk.com中dirty的項目中的即時影片, Wheelie 獨輪行進(翹前輪) 這是一項很入門的技巧, 而且也不需要太多的場地配合, 也不會損車子 (若練習不當, 可能傷前輪框), 只要多加練習''應該''就可以掌握這項技巧. 以下是練習方法 首先你需要一輛後煞車靈敏的車子, 還有耐心. 在一塊平坦的地面上練習, 或者在稍微有斜度的緩坡上進行, 不要在下坡路段練習(此坡度可以自己 選擇), 因為坡度太大的下坡反而不利於練習, 此外練習路段不但要有一定 長度(別撞到牆壁或車子), 也要有一些寬度(大概4-5公尺), 避免練習不穩 時所造成的側撞. 最好是用一般踏板(非卡式踏板), 可以使腳掌快速脫離 踏板. 步驟一 利用較輕的齒輪踩踏, 保持慢速(速度不可太快使腳踩空). 接下來同時 要做幾個動作使前輪翹起. 先將踏板保持一上一下之姿勢, 慣用腳在上 (通常是右腳), 步驟二 接下準備將前輪舉起來, 身體微微向前躍進(不要超過把手), 同時用腳將 踏板踩下, 並且將手把拉起(拉起後手臂伸直), 將重心向後移. 熟練步驟 二至可以將前輪很順地舉起, 切勿用力過猛, 以免變成''車騎你'', 而不是 ''你騎車'' 步驟三 熟習將前輪快速舉起(很順地舉起). 一但前輪舉起, 保持重心, 重心不 要太後面. 接下來試著坐在椅墊上, ''用心''感覺一下重心的移動變化 (此時身體和車的動作, 以椅墊為中心) 步驟四 全部過程踏板能保持穩定踩踏. 如果感覺重心太後面, 快''被騎''時, 可以按下後煞車, 這會使前輪下降. 反之, 若感覺前輪降低, 則可以多 一點踩踏的力量, 保持前輪高度(後煞, 踩踏交互使用以取得平衡) 步驟五 練習以後煞和踩踏保持重心, 一但熟習上述技巧, 剩下的就是保持穩 定踩踏, 一路翹到底 以下是原文 from www.mbuk.com wheelie Don't you just love wheelies? What do you mean you can't do them? Some learn them at an early age and it's never a big deal. But there are many of us who struggle with the oldest trick in the book. Once you have these down it will improve your balance no end. What you'll need for this is a bike with a good rear brake and patience; you, that is, not the bike... No one said it was going to happen instantly. Practice on a flat, smooth piece of ground or on a slight incline - see what works best for you. But downhill is best avoided at this stage because it just makes things more difficult. Flat pedals are best when learning to wheelie as you need to take your feet off quickly when learning. Step 1 Start by rolling along a slowish pace in a relatively easy gear. You need to do several things at once in order to get the front wheel up. Lean forward over the bars and ride with your leading foot at the top of the pedal stroke. Step 2 To get the wheel up, push down on the pedal from the top of the stroke while simultaneously pulling on the bars and throw your weight backwards. Try to do this in one smooth motion, not going at it too aggressively or you'll just end up on your back in a crumpled heap. Step 3 You will get used to getting the wheel up fairly quickly. Once the wheel is off the ground try to keep your weight central and not too far back. Then plonk your butt on the seat. It is at this point where you will start to feel your balance point. Step 4 The whole time you should pedal smoothly to keep the front wheel up. If at any point you feel like your weight is falling over the back and you might flip, feather the rear brake. This will pull the front wheel down. Conversely if the front wheel is falling push a little harder on the pedals and this will bring the front up. Stage 5 Pretty soon you will find your balance point and the combination of feathering the brake and pedalling harder will help keep you up there.
