台大國樂團成立於民國四十一年，為台灣地區歷史最悠久之學生國樂團。
歷年來於音樂比賽大專組國樂合奏多次得到冠軍。
秉持著為民族音樂盡一份心力的信念，在各項國樂推廣活動皆不遺餘力:
國樂嘉年華、期末公演、以及暑期的巡迴活動，
都是希望能讓更多民眾了解民族音樂。
此次演出的曲目包括漢樂府《鐃歌》、改編自雲南民謠的《剽牛祭》、
台灣民謠組曲中的《太行印象》、抑揚頓挫明顯的《滇西土風》
及《台灣風情》等，帶領大家領略國樂曲的豐富面向。
Founded in 1952, National Taiwan University Chinese Orchestra(NTUCO)
has been established for five decades. What makes us proud is
that we have kept the record of holding the championship
in National Collegiate Music Contest in the recent years.
However, NTUCO leaves no effort on the activities of spreading Chinese music,
from the community activities to the year-end presentation
and the large circuits during summer vacation .
The repertoire comprises [Taiwan Image], Han- dynasty folk song [Zuan song],
Unain folk song[Ritual of Killing Cows], etc.
We hope to introduce you to the fantastic world of Chinese music.
