Please be advised that the following rules in Chinese
also apply to all of you. The key points are as follows,
1. Please kindly check with Ms Chuang at 2266
(starting from 01Jun06) for the boarding fee occurred
during the summer vacation (1 or 2 months) so as to extend your tenure.
2. Otherwise, please kindly check out by 26Jun2006 with the Mentor.

暑假住宿
一、已繳交暑假住宿費用者，如暑假不擬住宿，請將所有私人物品全部搬離宿舍後，
於六月二十五日前，向宿舍輔導教官（人員）申請開具證明後，
再至學生住宿服務組辦理退費；但法、社科學院及醫學院宿舍之同學，
則向法、社科學院及醫學院宿舍教官辦理。
二、應屆畢業生欲辦理暑假住宿者（私人物品置放於寢室內亦需繳費），
請於六月一日至六月二十五日至學生住宿服務組辦理申請登記繳費；
但法、社科學院及醫學院宿舍之同學則至法、社科學院及醫學院宿舍教官處辦理。
三、大學部學號為91字首（但獸醫系為90、牙醫系為89、醫學系為88）
及已屆應修業年限之延長住宿同學，若未申請暑住繳費者請於6月27日前
辦理退宿搬離宿舍。
