Keep Quiet in the Dorm

All boarding students in the Dorm
are expected to be quiet and respect
the rights of those students who wish
to study or sleep. Please take special care
to be quiet in the public area, where noise
echo is a problem. Noise also carries room to
room within the suites, so please adjust your voice accordingly.

關於這點並不應該是只針對外國同學啦！凡住國青的同學本來就應該
都要尊重他人活生安寧的。但光是用公告，跟本是毫無意義，也沒任
何效果的做法。
好比之前住我樓上的黑人同學，雖經輔導員幾次拜訪，也幫他椅子裝
好椅墊，但改善其實也不過是短短幾天的時間，拉動椅子的聲音早就
又如打雷一樣的大聲。
要不是論文忙到實在沒太多心思理會，還真想每天上去好好拜訪拜訪
他。
以台灣大學學生宿舍管理辦法第十九條，第十三項：「違反公共衛生
、居住安寧或公共安全之行為。」...經宿舍管理人員、宿舍生活自
治會及學生住宿服務組查證屬實者，勒令退宿，並不得再為住宿申請
。
套一句這位阿黑對我說的話：我就是這樣，你自己要習慣，不習慣你
就換宿。
雖有明文規定，但這樣的人就是活生生在住在宿舍裏，光是用公告，
是不可能會有任何意義的。
講個很直的話，相關規定的「執行層面」，真的須要多加改進。
PS:輔導員您不用回信給我了，因為我也快畢業，所以對我已沒太大
的影響，謝謝！
