說明 & Activity:
1.由於第一次會議對於未來起漲的價格無法確定，同學們認為這樣的情況下無法立即決定
是否要修，因此暫時擱置是否要整修的表決，將在輔導員補足相關資訊後，再召開第二
次會議繼續討論。
Due to the incomplete information of future accommodation, we could not
decide on the coming renovation. The discussion will continue after the
dorm director provides new specific information.
2.現有的舍胞大會為宿舍的最終決策機構，本舍舍胞雖因課業繁忙，仍有近二十位舍胞出
席，並踴躍發表各項意見，為了讓更多舍胞得以參與，第二次會議召開前，生治會仍將
以調查方式，統計同學方便開會的日程，並且安排在晚間九點後才開始會議，歡迎同學
撥冗參加。
The student meeting is the final decision-making institution. Although
everyone has busy for study, almost twenty students still joined the
meeting and provided their precious opinions. To enable more people to
join the meeting, IYC Students committee will choose a day that the most
people could join and start the meeting after 9 PM. Every Student is
welcome to participate.
3.下次開會重要事項 Issue for next meeting
一、由輔導員補充報告經費估算與整修相關事宜。
The dorm director will report the information for future accommodation.
二、討論整修是由舍胞大會決議或是要由普查方式決議。
To discuss how to decide renovation, by student meeting or by census.
三、討論是否繼續整修。
To discuss whether to continue renovation.
四、討論與補充整修項目。
To discuss the detail demand for renovation.
