各位國青住戶學安：
歲末來臨，我們將會舉辦一個簡易型的舍胞大會，並同時發放夜點。
會議的內容主要為本學期總幹事的期末報告以及蒐集各位社胞的意見為主，特別是在
明年三月建築即將過保，更是需要所有住戶的回應，盡可能減少後續的問題。
同時我們也歡迎各位在會中享用我們所準備的餐點，但需要各位住戶提前登記在旁邊
的表格，以利統計餐點及減少浪費，現場參加恕不提供餐點(有茶水，會後剩下的餐盒則
會再廣播開放領取)，統記截止時間為2013年1月1日(二) 23:59，還請各位住戶海涵，謝
謝。
地點：B1禮堂
時間：2013年1月3日（四）20:00開始，預計一小時內結束。
備註：現場備有茶水，但請自備杯子，響應環保。(現場不提供容器)
會議結果將會在結束後寄Email至各位學校信箱。

Dear residents:
It’s end of 2012, and we will have a meeting for all IYC residents.
According to the IYC traditional, preparing the meals which made by
disadvantages is one of our main goal and we still carry out this projects in
the meeting.
We sincerely wish you could participate the reference, feeding back to us
if there are any problems or recommendation from your dorm-living experience.
