Dear IYC Residents：
Here are IYC’s rules of conduct:
1. No smoking indoors, on the balcony (5th floor) or outside
the emergency exits.
2. Don’t leave your personal items in the hallway or in any
public areas. All shoes have to be placed in the shelves.
3. Use either the air-conditioner OR open the window.
4. Walk and talk quietly in the hallways. Furthermore please
shut your doors quietly.
5. Please don’t stand on the sitting toilets and FLUSH the
toilet after you use it. Used tissues go in the GARBAGE CAN.
6. Please don’t use the water machine to wash your hands. Moreover,
don’t throw your leftover food in the water machine tray.
7. Anyone who violates the codes of conduct will be reported to the
councilors and punished accordingly.
Note: As rule #2 makes it much easier for the cleaning company to help keep
your living areas clean, rule #2 will be strictly enforced.
