學術部剛收到來自NTU EECS YFC的通知（註一），
YFC邀請到美國德州儀器（TI）前任副總裁蔣明先生給我們一個為期兩天的workshop。
蔣先生在美國服務數十載，
以華人身分得以突破 glass ceiling 而躋身於美國一流企業的領導階層，
足見其過人的領導與管理才華。
一直以來，蔣先生很樂於把數十年來領導與管理上的體悟與年輕人分享，
在美國時常獲邀演講分享個人的領導與管理哲學，
聽者咸認獲益良多。
此次適逢蔣先生回台，
很榮幸剛好蔣先生來訪台大電資給我們一個workshop，
內容綱要如下所示。
Day 1:

environment
(1) Control the finance and efficient utilization of resource
(2) Result oriented research, always top down. Manage big picture.
(3) Tracking the project with the right tool
(4) Be fundamental and methodical.
(5) Manage people with good communication.
(6) Be the best in the world.
註一：
EECS YFC是電資學院年輕同仁論壇（Young Faculty Club）。
EECS YFC自98年11月2日成立，
當時選出6位年輕的老師擔任主席團，
分別為黃寶儀老師、葉丙成老師、施吉昇老師、田維誠老師、李明穗老師與周俊廷老師。
每位主席輪值2個月，
原則上每2個月辦理一次學術性活動、一次聯誼性活動。
原旨是提供院內年輕的老師們更多學術交流及互動，
本場活動更擴大開放大學部學生參加。
