  本來片名為 "The Eighth Day"。但是在快完成的時候有一部法國影片在美國上映時
  先用了這個名字，所以就改了。這部：http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0116581/
  DVD 裡有特別收錄 "The Eighth Day" 版本的片頭。

  至於 Gattaca 本身沒有意義，是從組成 DNA 的四種基本核苷酸（nucleotide）
  adenine, thymine, cytosine, guanine 的頭字母 ATCG 拼湊出來的新字。

   我認為是有的。看一下電影開頭的兩句引言：

  我想其中隱含的意思應該是很明顯的。
