Dear friends,
Rather than the normal silly messages that I post up on this thing, may I
say the following:
I would like to wish you all a happy and successful 1998. Hopefully you have
achieved your aims for this year, including those silly New Years resolutions,
such as I'm going to study (like any of you are right now!), I'm not going to
get really drunk (like Santa was!), and I'm going to make new friends (like
Santa did!). For 1998, may we all wish for happiness, peace, free scholarships,
cheaper alcohol, successful personal relationships, easy exams, quiet
roommates, and for Solus and Jo, the lack of dogs stealing shoes and jeans.
