i think this is due to the problem of our education mode....
if a professor assign the work just for grading
( copy the grading model from Foreign University )
but doesn't consider the purpose of his assignment
maybe he won't take our reports seriously....
However, there're still lots of good teachers doing his job well,
working hard to read our projects... :)
