For the reason that spaneA can't read Chinese in her PC,
and because that I will take the TOEFL/TWE in Aug. 8,
I will try to write my dictionary in English...
Today I run all my PCR products in agarose gel.
It took me a long time to dye and to load all 141 samples.
We are going to tansform the PCR products which shows strong
band in agarose gel under short UV light to L40 (a kind of
yeast) tomorrow and do the 2nd screen. Teacher II gave me
the steps to do it this afternoon and I prepared those solutions
and autoclave them all this afternoon.
My roommate calculated how much did I earn, and the result really
made me feel very @#$%^&*... The answer is about NT$25/hr!!
