Reasenly I went to the lab earlier so that I won't have
to spend a lot of time standing on the bus in the rush hour.
Today teacher I went to a travel fou 4 days, and everyone
seems lazy while doing their exp. But there is an exception
because teacherII is still there. I put all the data in order
so that my teacher and I can easily find what we haven't do
yet. In the afternoon we tried to cut the plasmid which we
want from the gel and we will put it directly into the PCR
machine in order to increase the amount of those plasmid
which we are interested in.
I am really happy because teacherII commend me," You are
very wnderful!" :))
