I have a question on practicing..... (clarinets only)
11 years ago I graduated from Chien-Kuo high school. When I was there
I had time to practice alone everyday. I could practice alone for more than
an hour a day and could have dinner with my parents every evening. Yes, we
had rehearsals and sectionals. I still could practice everyday.
recently years things seem have changed. I heard that students have too
many rehearsals and sectionals such that they have no time to practice alone.
Also I heard that the sectionals are lead by students from NTUWindBand.
Is it true that the sectionals of Chien-Kuo high school band are lead
by students here? Is it true that the young students have no time to
practice alone? If both answers are "yes", who decides there must be
so many sectionals? I want to talk to that guy (no matter who (s)he is).
Anyone's response would be appreciated. I am shocked by this news.
