因為我是直接翻譯的
所以是有點怪...
National Taiwan University Wind Band
The NTU Wind Band, currently one of the most ?? clubs in the National University, was founded on November 25, 1954 by a group of music-loving students.
^^我在想用哪個字比較好 ^^
In the early days, concerts were held regularly when we were still a marching band.
We then started the tradition of "Night of Chamber Music" in 1986.
In 1988, our office was moved to the Second Student Activity Center, where members can enjoy better facilities for practice.
Besides the "Night of Chamber Music", we also have a regular concert at the end of each semester.
Every once in a while, we hold tour performances during summer vacations.
Furthermore, we perform in different campus activities, hospital charity concerts, and schools.
Which is why, we, the NTU Wind Band, is called one of the most active clubs in NTU.
In the past few years, we participated in various music activies: the International Wind Band Festival held in Chai-Yi;
the Asian Pacific Wind Festial held in Hong Hong and Chai-Yi in 1996 and 2000 respectively.
In order to help our members improve their techniques of performing, besides regular practices each week, we hold a music camp every winter break.
We also have outstanding performances at the National Wind Band Contest, from 1987 onwards, we were granted the excellent/good grade for 14 continuous years.
In 2000, we even won the first prize.
Although none of us are majoring in music, we have great interest and hold deep passion in music making. We hope to provide everyone with pleasure and inspiration with our music.

中歐洲管樂節的部分應該要加上去唄..
這幾年來最大型的活動..
(你看的是什麼時候的版本呀?)
團室搬到二活應該是1998年

不過我也不知道該怎麼翻.. :P

一般都是叫music camp的~

How about "the most active"?
又 是不是少了"Taiwan"一字呀, I mean National "Taiwan" University...

應該沒有所謂"開始傳統"吧!? 怪怪的耶...
室內樂之夜翻Concert of Chamber Music是不是就可以啦~

那不如說 從當初開始就定期舉辦 就好啦...

再說以現在的標準我的GRE根本不算什麼...

我的感覺是
重點在英文簡介的目的是什麼 要放在哪裡給誰看
然後考慮是不是要重寫一份適切的簡介
交由專業人士either外文系同學系友譯成英文
這是比這篇翻得好不好重要的喔!
譬如如果是重要的英文簡介
應該沒有人會對我們的團室從哪搬到哪之類的東西有興趣
你們覺得勒...

也好像欠了些甚麼的~

我覺得幹部們可以討論一下
是不是請一位瞭解團上發展的人
參考之前版本寫一份切合目的的簡介 然後再翻成英文
這樣可能比較好些...
