由於第一階段初選結果人數遠超過30人,本課程教室已由電機二館455室改至電機二館105
會議室。歡迎大三以上(含研究所與博士班)同學於開課當日至現場加簽。
加簽人數將依修課同學組成與教室可容納人數做調整,以商管與理工科系學生各
半為原則,並當場完成分組(以4~5人一組)。以下為課程內容與評分方式:

一、內容
本課程邀請具有『高科技創業』經驗的專家及教授們以演講與小組討論的方式,啟發學生
們的創業想法,希望藉此能將學校的教學及研究成果,更具體的轉化為產業的競爭力。課
程內容主要包括四個主軸:
(一) 相關知識研習。參考瑞士洛桑管理學院(IMD), 美國 Harvard Business School,
MIT Sloan School 及 Stanford 大學之教材,並將邀請創業有成之專家與教授
共同授課及編教材;
(二) 演講。課程中將邀請數位創業家來現身說法,進行經驗傳承。
(三) 創業實習。修課學生將以編組方式,選定一項專業研發成果,進行商業化的
實習。過程將包括與實習導師(Mentor) 每個禮拜的腦力激盪會議,產品設
計,市場分析,風險評估,財務規劃,和營運計劃書之撰寫等等。
(四) 期末簡報。每組學生將學習成果向創投公司經理人和專家們簡報,尋求認同
與支持。傑出的團隊將有機會獲得初期創業資金,真正的設立公司開始營運。
