The venous drainage is
to the portal venous sysytem through the left gastric vein
and into the systemic venous system through esophageal veins entering
the azygous vein.
所以說 lower esophagus的血液可流到portal system 也可以到systemic drainage
附帶一提的是
體內portal venous system和systemic venous system相接的地方共有四個
(這種地方稱為portasystemic shunts)
lower esophagus是其中之一
今天我們老師(上肝膽胰脾的吳耀銘醫師)說
在正常人的體內 在這四個地方的血液還是以流入portal venous system為主
而屬於systemic venous system的血管多半萎縮或是很小
只有在門脈系統高壓的病人(portal hypertention)的病人身上血液因為不容易
流入portal venous system中
此時血液才會以經systemic venous system為venous drainage的主要方式
