我去找網上資料的結果是
Intraembryonic changes
*enlargement of the disk
Two new features appear and mark the primary axis of the embryo
the primitive streak - a linear depression in the epiblast along a
radius of the disk
the prechordal plate - a small circular spot where the epiblast and hypoblast
are stuck tightly together
Together, these features resemble an exclamation mark (!) and establish the
embryo's polarity:-
1.they mark the position of its median plane and divide it into right and left
sides
2.they mark its cranial (prechordal plate) and caudal (primitive streak) ends
而且甚至有些文章是說connecting stalk 就可以決定是caudal side....
所以共筆上那句話可能還是不要說比較好^^!
