Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is due to mutations in besta-myosin heavy chain.
That is the most common mutation causing hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
Cadiac troponin T, alpha-tropomyosin, myosin-binding protein C are
components that work together so our muscles can contract. Their mutations
are not the usual causes of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
