Diagnosis of TTTS: made by ultrasound by noticing the presence of
combined polyhydraminos and oligohydraminos in a
monochorionic-diamniotic twin pregnancy
Polyhydramnios: maximum vertical pocket(MVP) > 8cm
Oligohydramnios: maximum vertical pocket(MVP) < 2cm
(不過也有一開始未符合criteria的TTTS...)
D/D Simple amniotic fluid volume discordance
Isolated polyhydramnios
