我的問題是關於正負值的物理意義
When Ina is positive, does it mean the current is flowing into the cell or
out of the cell?
When Vm is positive, which side of membrane has a higher potential?
When Vna is positive which side of membrane has a higher potential?

第五點第一句和第七點有抵觸, at least to me that is....please explain.
另外第六點,
Na channels were said to be blocked, then why does Ach gated channel can
influx Na into the postsynaptic cell? Only voltage gated ones are blocked?
Someone please englighten me, I need words of wisdom.....

Vm=Vin-Vout
所以裡面高
: When Vna is positive which side of membrane has a higher potential?
Na的平衡電位是內外濃度決定的
跟膜電位應該沒有關係

很抱歉～不知道是我的中文不太好的關係造成誤解～～
但是我實在看不出來哪裡有矛盾的地方，可以請永泰再問specific一些阿～～
因為Na+ channel被block，當然無法達到動作電位，
但是第七點只是在說明因為沒有達到動作電位，卻可以利用電擊(刺激)加大
來達到神經傳到到post，所以得到結論：神經傳導與動作電位產生無關，
又因為已經block Na+ channel，當然傳遞也跟sodium無關

你說的應該沒有錯，我們所block 的應該是voltage gated Na+ channel
但是經由神經傳到物質所支配的Ach gated ion channel 並非Specific的channel吧
所以應該可以讓少量的離子跑出，造成去極化的現象，但是不會達到動作電位...
