上去看了以後...覺得那跟課本上的突有蠻大的差異的...
就是negative的部分不像課本 有hemolysis的現象...

左邊兩條有arrow head pattern的都是CAMP positive

CAMP test的判別不是在有沒有hemolysis，而是有沒有"enhanced" hemolysis現象
特別是在看有沒有arrow head pattern
negative的地方有hemolysis並沒有錯(課本圖也沒錯^^!)，他可能是alpha,beta溶血
，至於課本Fig 23-4左側比較淡只是他溶血現象比較不清楚，並非CAMP negative。
重點在產生的toxinc會不會跟S. aureus產生的beta toxin產生interaction而有上述
的arrow特徵。
其機制如下(補充)
produced by the interaction of the beta toxin of Staphylococcus binding to
bovine erythrocytes and sensitizing them to the lytic activity of the
S. agalactiae ceramide-binding factor. The combination produces complete
hemolysis, seen as the arrowhead-shaped clearing on the blood agar plate.
