P.421 注意spinal cord有好幾層spinal meninges還有空腔也要知道
P.422 注意神經叢的部分
P.423 spinal tap是打在3to4,4to5lumbar vertebrae subarachnoid space
還有他的作用可以幹嘛 應該是anesthetic吧！～還有withdraw CSF
introduce antibiotics and measure CSF pressrue;
evaluate the treatment effect
P.426 注意哪幾個Tract 然後dirct的一定要會
(anterior&lateral corticospinal tracts and corticobulbar tract)

P.441 注意他的病症 那個是因為那個神經麻痺或揪一下引起的 老師說必考

C圖 又稱flat hand D圖 又稱claw hand
E圖 Long thoracic N.injury→serratus anterior(X)
P.442 注意兩條Femoral and Obturator
P.445 注意sciatic(L4-S3) Pudendal(S2-S4)我補充的
另外 老師好像說如果腳垂足（footdrop)的話 是因為Common Peroneal N.
那calcaneovalgus則是Tibial N.(老師好像沒講 我補充的）
P.446 看那個Dermatomes 然後要注意分隔的兩個point(T4 奶頭 T10肚臍）
然後腳下肢前面是lumbar管 腳下肢後面是sacral管的 但是老二那是sacral管
不是因為老二長在後面 是因為他就管到那（Dermatomes）ㄨㄟ 嘿嘿！～
P.453 記相對位置 右下角的課文要看CSF
P.456 老師說要把那個圖印在腦中 代表粉重要的ㄌㄟ 要注意CSF的流向及如何進入
venous system或是把P.458的流程表背起來
P.459 要把十二對腦神經背起來
P.458 要注意錐體（pyramids) 錐體交叉（decussation of pyramids) 還有
medulla的中樞有啥叼用 粉重要 要看課文背
P.460 注意pons 還有小腦腳這東西
P.461 上下部分都要背 超級給他重要的ㄌㄟ 然後從後面看過去 是看不到pituitary
P.462 注意reticular formation的功能：
1.The main sensory function: Alerts the cerebral cortex to incoming
sensory signals
2.The main motor function: Helps regulate muscle tone(at rest)
應該也要注意一下（RAS)這東西吧！～
P.516 cerebellum peduncal:
afferent(2條）:下→spinal cord to the cerebellum
中→spinal pons to the cerebellum
efferent（一條）：上→cerebellum to the midbrain
P.465 就背吧！～ 記憶體快用光了 忘了老師說啥重點了
P.466 hypothalamus 六大重點 一定要背ㄚ
P.467 要念circumventricular organs
P.470 也是就背吧！～ 加油！～
P.471 念一下The limbic system的功能有哪些
P.474 注意broca's area還有要知道primary or secondary sensory or motor area
and association area
P.490 要注意nerve system有分什麼層 怎麼形成 分成幾個區等等
就是背第一次上課hand out裡面的表
P.508 看看 記憶體剛好用光 忘了老師說了什麼重點 哈哈！～
P.513 有兩個圖 注意同側對側的問題 然後要記得他的傳輸方向
注意兩個單字 spaticity（痙攣） flaccid（軟趴趴）（老師今天的上課重點）
還有三條direct way一定要背 老師說的 在前面P.426已經提過了
P.518 自己看囉！～ 記憶體真的用光了 沒記住老師說啥 就醬！～
