Volkmann's contracture
Permanent shortening (contracture) of a muscle due to replacement of
destroyed muscle fibers by fibrous connective tissue, which lacks
extensibility. Destruction of miscle fibers may occur from interference
with circulation caused by a tight bandage, a piece of elastic, or a
cast.
就是說受傷的肌肉纖維被缺乏彈性的纖維化結締組織取代了......
嗯 老師有說過如果你肌肉組織一直受傷再生的結締組織就會越多
而上面這個應該是說如果再加上循環不好
直接惡化馬上就contracture了^^
應該是這樣吧
