Yankees reliever Alfredo Aceves pitched two-thirds of an inning for Triple-A
Scranton/Wilkes Barre on Tuesday night in his first outing of his rehab
assignment. In making the start, Aceves faced four batters, walking two while
striking out one. He threw 19 pitches, 10 for strikes. Aceves is scheduled to
make another rehab appearance on Friday.
