Scare: Torre kept Jorge Posada from the Sunday start, citing personal reasons.
Posada's wife, Laura, was on the Delta Airlines flight 1850 from New York's
LaGuardia airport Thursday that was 15 minutes away from Tampa when a man
became agitated and tried to rush into the cockpit.
The man was subdued by passengers and taken into custody once the plane
landed in Tampa, but the events left Laura Posada understandably shaken.
Posada said he spent most of the night up with his wife, and as a result,
Torre decided to give his starting catcher a rest.
