Wang set to square off with Webb

After Monday's off-day, the Yankees will welcome the Arizona Diamondbacks to
the Bronx on Tuesday night at 7:05 ET for the opener of a three-game series
at Yankee Stadium.
Chien-Ming Wang will get the start for the Yankees, his 10th of the season
and first career start against Arizona.

Wang went the distance in his last start, on Wednesday against the White Sox.
It was the Yankees' first complete-game win since last July, when Wang
completed the feat while mowing down the Devil Rays.

In his last five starts, Wang has allowed three earned runs or fewer,
posting a 2.50 ERA during that stretch.

The right-hander has also induced at least one double play in each of his
starts this season, mostly by using his sinkerball. According to the Elias
Sports Bureau, Wang's streak is the longest by a Yankees pitcher from the
beginning of a season since Tommy John in 1979 (17 starts).

Wang hasn't given up a homer since Seattle's Ben Broussard hit a shot to
right field to break up Wang's bid for a perfect game with one out in the
eighth inning on May 5. Wang owns a streak of 43 consecutive innings without
giving up a home run.

Arizona will counter with last year's Cy Young Award winner,
Brandon Webb, who is 6-3 with a 3.13 ERA this season.
