Official Rules: 4.00 Starting and Ending a Game
    4.10
    (c) If a game is called, it is a regulation game:
        以下情況裁判宣告終止比賽，是一個正式(完成)的比賽。
    (1) If five innings have been completed;
        五局已經完成。

    (2) If the home team has scored more runs in four or
        four and a fraction half-innings than the visiting team
        has scored in five completed half-innings;
        客隊打完5上，主隊打完4局或5下，分數領先客隊

    (3) If the home team scores one or more runs in its half of the
        fifth inning to tie the score.
        主隊在五下得到「追平」分。

    (d) If a regulation game is called with the score tied,
        it shall become a suspended game. See Rule 4.12.
        如果比賽在平手時被裁判終止  請看規則4.12
        SUSPENDED GAMES.「保留比賽」

    所以不一定要完成5局才可以算正式(完成)比賽
