NEW YORK -- Reliever Brian Bruney had a successful bullpen session prior to
Friday night's game, and manager Joe Girardi expects the right-hander to join
the 'pen sometime next week.
BB尼牛棚練投的不錯，阿吉希望他下個禮拜就回到牛棚陣容內。

Bruney was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right elbow
flexor on April 25, and he came through Wednesday's 25-pitch session with no
reported problems.
BB尼在4/25被放進傷兵名單，星期三在牛棚練投25球沒有什麼問題。

Girardi said Bruney will meet with team trainers to decide the next step, and
there is a possibility that he could throw a simulated game or make a Minor
League rehab appearance first.
阿吉說BB尼會和訓練員討論下一步要怎麼做，有可能是投個模擬比賽或是小聯盟復健賽。

Bruney made 35 throws in Friday's bullpen session, using all his pitches, and
the Yanks' skipper noted that he was "coming around nicely."
BB尼禮拜五練投了35球，所有的球種都用過了，觀察的人說他看起來不錯。

The Yankees also got a more immediate boost in the 'pen with Phil Coke's
availability on Friday night.
Coke為牛棚帶來即刻的幫助，今晚也投的還OK（雖然被貓兒扛了一發XD）

Coke, who has been sidelined since Tuesday with lower back tightness, tossed 18
pitches prior to Friday's game and said he felt great.
Coke距離上次出賽隔了一些時間(CC&AJB:我們都投很長( ′-`)y-～)，投完今晚的比賽他說

感覺還不錯。

"If I'm not 100 percent, I'd say I'm about 98," said Coke, who has also been
receiving daily treatment. "I'm ready to go."
Coke說就算我的狀態沒有100％也有98％

Without Bruney, Coke has been Girardi's best option in the setup role, and the
manager said he would use Coke in his regular role on Friday night.
BB尼不在的這段期間，Coke是阿吉setupman的最好選擇，他說他會規律的使用Coke。
(還好是變阿吉的牛棚愛將，不是變成拖爺爺的　顆顆)

Coke tossed a season-high two scoreless innings in Sunday's win at Baltimore,
and is 1-2 with a 3.29 ERA in 15 appearances.
Coke在上個禮拜對金鶯的比賽投了兩局無失分，他現在出賽15場的成績是1勝2負3.29ERA

Injured catcher Jorge Posada is still experiencing tightness in his right
hamstring, but Girardi was more optimistic about his progress than that of Jose
Molina.
Posada的右腿仍然感到有點臣又，但是阿吉對Posada的傷勢還是比對摸二哥樂觀。

"He told me he was about 85 percent," Girardi said of Posada. "We will continue
to monitor that situation ... he's going in the right direction."
阿吉說：Posada說他好了85％，仍然持續的觀察中，他正在往好的方向走。

Posada was placed on the 15-day DL on May 5 with a Grade 2 hamstring strain.
Meanwhile, Molina has been shelved since May 8, when he suffered a strained
left quadriceps while scoring in the game against Tampa Bay.
Posada在5/5號因為二級拉傷被放進15天DL，二哥則是在5/8號被放進傷兵名單。

Molina was scheduled to be evaluated by the team doctors prior to Friday's game.
二哥被安排去看隊醫。

In the wake of injuries to Posada and Molina, the Yankees had used Francisco
Cervelli and recent acquisition Kevin Cash behind the plate.
因為兩位捕手的受傷，洋基必須使用Cervelli跟Cash來先發。

"You look at guys like Cervelli and Cash, they have done a good job," Girardi
said.
阿吉說他們兩人把這份工作做的很不錯。

Since his recall on May 5, Cervelli has appeared in six games and is batting
.316 with an RBI. Cash, who made his Yankees debut catching A.J. Burnett in
Tuesday's loss, was slated for his second start on Friday.
兩個三號捕手登場打出的成績，是小樣本，但是滿不錯的。
