Joe Girardi gets tossed, sparks Yankees in 8-4 win over Braves
小喬當祭品被趕出場,激勵了洋基火力,8比4贏球

ATLANTA - Brian Cashman got to see the Yankees win a game in person Wednesday
night. Joe Girardi, on the other hand, wasn't around to witness it.

現金人今天親自去Atlanta看比賽, 另一方面, 小喬卻無法見證這場勝利

Frustrated after watching his slumping team get dominated by a pair of Braves
rookies through five embarrassing innings, Girardi was ejected in the sixth
for arguing a blown call when Brett Gardner got picked off first base.

再看了前五局火力仍舊不振的子弟兵被兩個勇士隊的菜鳥投手壓制住已經夠沮喪了, 小喬
再第六局因為去跟裁判抗議Gardner被刺殺在一壘的爭議判決而被趕出場

Francisco Cervelli went deep moments later, sparking a three-run sixth inning
that helped lift the Yankees to a much-needed 8-4 victory over the Braves.

接著Cervelli就揮出深遠安打, 開啟了這一局三分的攻勢, 也幫助了今晚8比4的贏球

The win was the fifth in the last 14 games for the Yankees, but after losing
three in a row, five of their last six and nine of their last 13, it felt
much bigger than a game in late-June should feel.

今天是洋基最近14場賽事的第五場勝利, 但在輸了連續三次系列賽, 最近六場的五場,
最近13場的9場之後, 今晚的勝利不僅僅是六月下旬的一場勝利而已

Alex Rodriguez had only one hit, but it was a big one - a two-run single that
gave the Yankees their first lead of the night. Nick Swisher added a homer in
the seventh and another RBI in the eighth, as the Yankees' eight-run outburst
was their highest since they knocked Johan Santana and the Mets around, 15-0,
June 14.

阿肉雖然只有一安, 但卻是很重要的一支安打, 洋基就是靠著這支兩分打點安打在今晚
首度領先.  Swisher再第七局靠著一支全壘打得到一分, 然後第八局又用安打再添一分
.   今晚共得了八分, 是6/14用15分轟垮大都會以來的單場最高得分

"Three weeks ago, we had the best offense in baseball," Cashman said. "We're
going to go through some ups and downs. We're going to have a lot of ups,
it's about riding the downs."

現金人提到, 三週前, 我們的攻擊火力是全聯盟最強的, 我們將會擺脫最近的這段低潮
, 然後將會有更多的高潮(火力表現), 重點就是如何戰勝低潮.

The rare run support helped Joba Chamberlain pick up his first win in the
last four starts, as he was charged with three runs (two earned) on seven
hits over 61/3 innings. After walking nine in his past two starts,
Chamberlain didn't issue any last night, striking out five to improve to 4-2.

張伯倫在6又1/3局內被擊出七支安打, 失掉3分, 雖然他投球時隊友的得分並不多, 但
也支援了他讓他獲得最近四次先發的唯一一次勝投. 前兩次先發張伯倫共保送了9次,
但今晚張伯倫沒有送出任何保送, 三振次數為五次, 退場時4比2領先

Following Tuesday night's loss, the Yankees held a quick team meeting in the
clubhouse, with Derek Jeter and Mark Teixeira speaking to the rest of the
club. The message they delivered was a positive one, reminding everybody that
they were better than they've been playing and that they needed to turn
things around in a hurry.

周二輸球後, 洋基馬上就在休息室展開了一場討論, 由Jeter&鐵爺對大家發言. 發言都很
正面, 主要是提醒大家其實可以表現的比最近更好, 還指出他們必須很快的回到該有的
狀態

But when they took the field last night, it looked like nothing had changed.

但當他們昨晚上場後, 事情看來一點也沒改變

Kenshin Kawakami, a 34-year-old rookie righthander, retired his first eight
batters, breezing through the Yankee lineup. Chamberlain scorched a line
drive that hit Kawakami on the right side of his neck, but even that wasn't
enough to reach base as the ball ricocheted to shortstop, where Yunel Escobar
fielded it and threw Chamberlain out.

川上憲伸, 34歲的大聯盟菜鳥右投, 連續解決了他所面對的前八名打者, 輕鬆的處理了
洋基的打線.  這時, 張伯倫揮出一球擊中川上的右頸, 但還是無法上壘, 守游擊的
Escobar快傳一壘封殺了張伯倫

Still, Chamberlain had done something his teammates have been unable to do
for quite some time - he knocked the starting pitcher out of the game early.

張伯倫眼見隊友還無法提供他足夠的支援, 只好靠自己, 但他所做的, 就是把對方投手
給打下場~ XDDDD

It didn't make much of a difference, as righthander Kris Medlen - a
23-year-old rookie - reeled off six consecutive outs to keep the perfect game
alive through five.

但狀況還是沒變, 25歲的勇士下一個菜鳥投手Kris Medlen, 接連不斷的解決了接下來的
六名打者直到第五局結束

While the Yankees' bats remained cold, Chamberlain was doing everything he
could to give them a chance to heat up, limiting the Braves to three harmless
hits over the first four innings.

洋基打線持續冷冰冰, 張伯倫則是做了所有他能做的提供球隊贏球的機會, 前四局只讓
勇士隊揮出三支無關緊要的安打.

Jeff Francoeur broke up the shutout with a homer leading off the fifth.
Chamberlain shook it off and sat down the next three batters.

勇士的Francoeur再第五局尻出破冰的陽春砲, 張伯倫沒受影響的解決掉之後的三名打者

Brett Gardner walked to open the sixth, becoming the first Yankees
baserunner. He didn't stay on the bases long as Medlen picked him off at
first - at least that's what first-base umpire Bill Welke called. Replays
showed Gardner easily beat the throw, prompting the outfielder to protest the
call with the ump.

六局一開始, Gardner獲得保送, 他是今晚洋基首位上壘的打者.  但Gardner並沒有在
壘上呆太久, 在Medlen試圖刺殺他時, 一壘審卻誤判了他被刺殺出局.  重播顯示Gardner
回壘成功沒被刺殺, Gardner也跟一壘審抗議

Girardi charged out from the dugout and continued the dispute, discussing the
call with Welke. The conversation became slightly more animated, concluding
with the manager's ejection from the game.

小喬馬上跑出來跟一壘審爭執這個判決, 然後就被判出場了

The Yankees fans in attendance cheered Girardi as he exited the field, but
they would have much more to celebrate moments later as Cervelli drilled a
2-2 pitch from Medlen over the wall in left-center, tying the game with his
first big-league homer.

洋基球迷在小喬離場時幫她打氣, 但接著就來了讓他們更加開心的事情, Cervelli擊出
追平分的陽春砲(2好2壞時,左外野剛好過牆), 這是他上大聯盟的首發全壘打

A-Rod's bases-loaded single gave the Yankees the lead, while Swisher's homer
in the seventh extended it to 4-1.

然後阿肉在滿壘時的安打讓洋基獲得領先, 接著Swisher的全壘打讓比數來到4-1
