小老闆Hank嘴砲又發功了。
在接受New York Times專訪時, Hank小老闆嘲笑紅襪比洋基還受歡迎的想法。
他說: "紅襪幫? 這是一幫xxx(消音), 這不過是紅襪隊和滿是紅襪球迷的ESPN電台搞
出來的名詞。但是不管你走到美國任何地方, 你都看不到紅襪隊的球帽和夾克, 只會
看到洋基隊的球帽和夾克。這根本是個屬於洋基的國家, 我們將會讓洋基隊重回巔峰,
讓一切回復正軌。"
小老闆的談話還沒收到紅襪隊官方正式的回應。

Hammerin' Hank: The ever-quotable Hank Steinbrenner is at it again.
In an interview with the New York Times, Steinbrenner mocked the idea that
the Red Sox had surpassed the Yankees in popularity.
"Red Sox Nation? What a bunch of (expletive) that is. That was a creation of
the Red Sox and ESPN, which is filled with Red Sox fans," he said. "Go
anywhere in America and you won't see Red Sox hats and jackets, you'll see
Yankee hats and jackets. This is a Yankee country. We're going to put the
Yankees back on top and restore the universe to order."
There has yet to be an official response from the Red Sox.
