看來應該是同名同姓罷!?
因為NYTimes也有一個報導而文中這位Alan Chang是洋基的律師，
文章節錄如下：
In June, he received a letter from a Yankee lawyer, Alan Chang,
telling him that his six tickets had been revoked because the tickets
he had sold to an early season game had been tracked to a sale on StubHub.
這件事好像是在談有球迷把自己買的球賽門票在網路上轉賣，
而被洋基告知他（們）的季票ticket被取消....

看了一下Alan Chang在 CSMG的網頁發現
他是a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law
he will also be assisting CSMG’s Legal Department as the company’s
Associate General Counsel
如果他還是洋基的Associate General Counsel (Lawyer)
那真是身兼數職...
