  前段沒有什麼重點, 所以懶得翻了.
  大致就是講把Cairo排上來, 把Cano放下去休息,  因為Kazmir對左打
  比較難纏之類..blah blah....


Postponing Pavano: Carl Pavano threw two 15-pitch innings of batting practice
in Tampa, Fla., on Tuesday, taking another step toward a return from the
disabled list.

又龜起來的Pavano: Pavano星期二在佛羅里達的坦帕大本營投了兩局各15球的
投球練習, 為從DL回來又往錢踏進一步.

That return, however, won't come until June, as Pavano's slow recovery from a
bruised backside has pushed him further behind schedule.

但是回來的時間大概要等到六月之後吧，因為Pavano的背傷復原進度落後, 使得
他的復原計畫必須拉長.

"I guess you have to think that way," Torre said.

"我不得不做這種想法和打算," Torre說.

Pavano will throw another BP session on Friday, extending to 45 pitches. If
that goes well, he could get into a rehab game as soon as Monday. Pavano will
likely have to throw in games for about a month before rejoining the Yankees.

"He's going to have to build up his endurance more than anything else," Torre
said. "Competitively, he's going to have to get up to 80 or 85 pitches. It
may be a while."

Pavano禮拜五會做另一次練投，將球數拉到45球. 如果一切順利, 盡可能在下
禮拜一他就能進入復健賽. 在重返洋基前, Pavano可能需要約一個月左右的復健
比賽.

Aaron Small (hamstring) remains scheduled to start for Triple-A Columbus on
Thursday, and he could rejoin the Yankees for next week's road trip in
Boston, Tampa Bay and Texas. Small will throw 85-90 pitches on Thursday.

Captain crush: Derek Jeter has been red-hot at the plate, collecting 13 hits
in his last 25 at-bats entering Tuesday's game, including a 6-for-10
performance in the three-game series against the Orioles,

小先生(肌腱受傷)仍然按照表定, 星期二在 3A 出賽, 他會在下禮拜波士頓,
魔鬼於以及德州遊騎兵客場加入洋基行列, 小先生禮拜二將會投 85-90球.

隊長發爐啦~: Jeter開季以來的表現只能用發爐來形容,到進入星期二的比賽
他最近 25 各打數有 13 支安打, 包括對金鶯三連戰時十支六的表現.

"He's nice and comfortable," Torre said. "The reason I know that is the way
he's hitting the ball to right-center field. He's driving it without a
problem."

Torre's words were backed up by Jeter on Tuesday, as he opened the game with
a two-run homer to right-center in his first at-bat.

Jeter entered the game hitting .375, and he now has three homers and 17 RBIs
this season.

"他表現的很棒而且很自在,"Torre說. "我知道那是他把球擊到右外野的方式和
原因.他現在沒有任何問題."

Bureau, the Yanks are only the third Major League team in the last 30 years
to win their first eight day games.

Beginning Tuesday, the Yankees' next four games are scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
ET starts.

進入禮拜二的夜間賽前, 洋基過去的八場夜間賽全盤皆沒, 只有在開幕戰對
運動家時贏了一場.

然而過去八場日間賽, 洋基戰績八勝零敗. 根據 ESB 的紀錄, 洋基是第三支大
聯盟球隊在過去30年中, 贏得一開始的八場日間賽.
