As my terrible cell phone photo shows, the Yankees took their annual team photo
before the game. Bernie Williams got caught in traffic and showed up late and
unshaven. The team applauded him when he ran out to join them.

Randy Johnson wasn't there because he was already into his game-day routine. So
they had the tallest person they could find stand in for him with his uniform
on and they'll use a computer to put his face in. They also did that with
Miguel Cairo, Octavio Dotel and Carl Pavano.

Well, for Pavano they used a collie to stand in. But it works the same way.
