這位老兄應該是目前最棒的洋基beat writer blog..

今天的一些內容。

Hideki Matsui took batting practice for the first time, taking 35 cuts with Don
Mattingly watching. No word yet on when he might get in a minor-league game.
Joe Torre said Matsui would DH initially once he does return.

Matsui said he felt better than he expected. "Pretty close to normal," he said
via his translator.

松井今天開始打擊練習!! 運氣好的話可能一兩個禮拜內就回的來了。

The Yankees haven't decided who will start on Sunday yet. With the rosters
expanding, it'll probably be somebody from the minors. Torre and Brian Cashman
will talk it over.

洋基還沒決定禮拜天的先發是誰，可能是小聯盟上來的。

Mike Mussina is on target to start on Tuesday. Imagine, a right-handed starter
coming off the disabled list to play for the Yankees. What a concept.

Moose 大概禮拜二先發... 一個右投手從ＤＬ上出來先發!!! 太神奇了！！

Speaking of the Rajah of Rehab, he is being checked out today by Dr. Stuart
Hershon. There is no indication if he will be at the Stadium today and fed to
the media hordes. When asked about Pavano, Torre was very dismissive. At this
point, the Yankees are tired of the subject.

Kyle Farnsworth had back problems between games. This is the fourth time this
season he has been unavailable because of a back issue.

Farnsworth 又是背痛所以不能上場....

Farnsworth said he could have pitched. Joe Torre said he wasn't going to take
the chance. This is why the Yankees need Octavio Dotel to get himself ready.
Farnsworth has to be considered unreliable at this point.

Mariano was not going to be used twice in one day, not when them being up 10
games in the loss column on Boston.

Scott Proctor was furious with himself after the game. "I need to attack hitters,"
he said. "It's embarrassing."

Proctor 比賽後很不爽自己的表現（不是不爽沒加班費嗎？ＸＤＤＤ）

The guy has made 68 appearances and thrown 86 innings in his first full year as
a reliever. He has nothing to be ashamed about. Those fans who booed him off
the mound, however, should be a little less rabid.
