Lyon target Ajax's Zlatan Ibrahimovic 13 Jul 2003
French champions Lyon are reported to be interested in Ajax's Swedish striker
Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Lyon are in the market for a striker to replace Sonny
Anderson and after attempts to reach an agreement with Paris Saint Germain's
Pauleta and Real Madrid's Fernando Morientes, the club has now turned its
attention towards Zlatan. Lyon are reported to have contacted Ajax about a
possible move but have been told they will have to make a massive offer for
the AS Roma target.
