According to the Italian daily sports-newspaper 'Tuttosport' Juventus have
approached Lazio for defender Jaap Stam.
The newspaper indicated that Juventus sports chief Luciano Moggi is still
livid at losing out in the race for Dejan Stankovic and now wants to get his
own back on Inter Milan, who would also like to sign Stam.
'Tuttosport' also says that Moggi has indicated to Lazio officials that
Juventus are prepared to fork out 8 millions euros for the Dutch international
center-back, which is still 4 million euros short of Lazio's asking price.
