"We are a football family. We might be at odds with each other whenever we're
against each other in the dugout.
"But between match days, in my opinion, we are all part of the football family
and when one of your family gets knocked down, ie loses your job like Alan
has, of course there's sympathy.
"I know that club very well myself and I know the job there is very tough.
"To be honest, the dividing line between success and failure - although I don't
like the word failure - as far as Alan is concerned was probably Steven
Gerrard's goal in the cup final last year.
"They were just seconds away from winning the FA Cup final and Alan Pardew
would have been in the history books of West Ham for ever and a day.
"That's scary how fine a dividing line we all live by. We hang by a thread,
all of us."

賽程安排讓Roeder獲得喘息的機會
這個比起西漢姆的賽程, 我們是幸福得多了
而且Dyer和Given的復出讓戰績和士氣提升
同時讓 Martins, Emre, Butt等球員狀態及信心提高不少
新堡這個月的賽程除了對 Watford 皆是硬骨頭
Roeder你還是少打點嘴砲, 不然你被火了, 變成Padrew大叔帶新堡耶 XDD
我覺得Padrew是好領隊, 雖然使用陣式上不夠活 (這也是外掛不能融入球隊的誘因)
所以Roeder你還是先做好本份啦~
