聽到老闆這樣跟他講,是感覺蠻不錯的.

Sir Bobby也提到在Big Sam執教下,N'Zogbia就像個工具人,哪裡有傷病哪裡去打工....
他相信在KK執教,N'Zogbia會發揮的更好.
Sir Bobby說他希望Milner,Taylor跟N'Zogbia能發光,而且是在Newcastle.
他說N'Zogbia是他簽入的,他在他還是個小鬼的時候簽入他,他認為N'Zogbia是他看過
中...這裡講應該算是天才吧?(不確定該怎麼翻比較恰當...)
Sir Bobby認為KK仍然保持了幽默感,他也覺得KK處理Owen的問題上處理的很好,
還讓他當隊長.
Sir Bobby說他上週提到他覺得該是給Shearer這個工作的時候,但他也說,如果
有一個人能夠來接這個位置而不是Shearer的話,那只會是 Kevin Keegan.
Sir Bobby最後提到,很多人都認為KK不會想回來了所以甚至不會去考慮找他,
他說這要給老闆肯定,也許就是這種創意讓老闆成為這麼有錢的商人. XD
I was delighted to meet Kevin Keegan at St James' Park after the FA Cup
win against Stoke, just hours after his appointment had been announced.
The atmosphere on Tyneside was incredible. It was as if Pele, Maradona
and Jackie Milburn had all signed for the club on the same day.
It was just as upbeat in the boardroom as in the stands. Mike Ashley was
jumping around like a kid in a sweetshop, certainly a different demeanour
from what I had seen earlier in the season.
He made me laugh when he came over and said: "Bobby, if you had been 10
years younger, it would have been you."
I'm not sure if I believed him — Kevin's popularity in the north-east
outshines anyone — but it was a very nice gesture!
It was a remarkable evening. I was having a meal in the boardroom before
the game and everything was calm because nobody really expected Kevin to be
at the match. Then, about 15 minutes in with Newcastle winning 1-0, I became
aware of a commotion to my left.
I glanced over to see Chris Mort, Mike Ashley and Kevin coming into the
stadium. Everyone reacted as if the Messiah had walked in. After that, nobody
could keep their eyes on the pitch, even though Newcastle won 4-1. The feller
sat in front of me must have turned his head round to look at Kevin every 10
seconds.
I've never seen a boardroom like it after the final whistle. There was
fist-pumping, broad smiles, a real buzz. A few of Kevin's former players,
such as Peter Beardsley, were there — it was a proper celebration.
Kevin was there shaking hands with everyone. I wished him luck, of course,
and had a chat with his wife, Jean, about horses of all things!
Ironically, it was the first time this season Newcastle had played like
a Keegan team, even though it had been selected by Nigel Pearson. That is
the effect Kevin has up here.
The reaction in the city has been incredible. Radio shows on Thursday
morning didn't play any records, the DJs just chatted about Kevin. My phone
didn't stop for hours. Friends, family, media men, everyone wanted to talk
about him and how excited they were. I can't think of another figure who
would have had that reaction in any city in the world.
I thought Kevin impressed when he met the Press on Friday. He was cool
and calculating, but his humour came through as well. At Newcastle there is
no room for 'shrinking violets', as Freddy Shepherd used to say, and humour
is important.
I thought he handled the questions about Michael Owen very well; he didn't
sulk or get angry, he has made Michael his captain, despite those critical
comments in the striker's book.
In his first spell at the club, Kevin was known for two things: thrilling
football and eye-catching signings. Just think of the players he brought to
the north-east — David Ginola, Les Ferdinand, Tino Asprilla, Andy Cole and,
of course, Alan Shearer.
I'm sure he will be linked with a lot of high-profile players, but I think
the effect he will have on youngsters already at the club, like Charles
N'Zogbia, will be equally important.
Kevin will inherit some young talent far better than he had when he
arrived for his first spell as boss, when Newcastle were near the bottom of
the old Second Division.
Young players like James Milner, Steven Taylor and N'Zogbia could go to
the very top with the right coaching and motivation, and I hope it is with
Newcastle.
N'Zogbia is a fascinating case. I signed him as a teenager and he was one
of the most naturally gifted players of that age I'd ever seen.
He seemed to have some kind of dispute with Glenn Roeder and we rarely
saw him, which I couldn't understand. Sam Allardyce did play him but he
seemed to have to fit in wherever there was an injury.
Knowing Kevin, I think he'll seize on N'Zogbia's ability. Amid all the
hype, I'm sure Kevin is realistic enough to know he won't be able to overturn
three years of negative progress in three minutes.
Not even Kevin has a magic wand to cure all ills straight away. However,
I think Mike Ashley and the chairman can really get to work now they have
their own man in place.
It is difficult when you spend ￡250million on a club and the man in
charge of the football is somebody else's appointment.
Once they had decided they needed a replacement for Allardyce, the time
was right to go for someone to fire the imagination of the Geordie public.
I suggested in last week's column that I considered Shearer capable of the
job, despite a lack of managerial experience.
The only other candidate who could have done that was Keegan.
To be honest, I wasn't even sure if he'd be willing to come back into
the pressure-cooker of the Premier League. Credit to Mike Ashley for asking
the question others might not have considered. It's probably that kind of
creative thinking that has made him a fortune in business!
