溫格擔心EDU可能會走人，目前續約事宜沒進展。(我不意外 \_/)
好消息是，坎貝爾續約已經快要有譜了，槍手願意用長一點的約綁住坎貝爾，
因為坎貝爾要做點犧牲(大概是薪水少了點吧)，總之溫格對坎貝爾續約比要Edu
續約還要樂觀。
當被問到會不會效法曼聯去"喀"球員薪水時，溫格說不會，因為兩隊情況不同。

ArsenalArsene Wenger has admitted he is worried about Edu's contract
situation at Highbury.
The Brazilian midfielder is in the last year of his contract at The
Gunners and could leave the club on a free transfer in the summer.
Spanish giants Barcelona are believed to be lying in wait to snap up
Edu, while Manchester United are also thought to be monitoring the
player's situation.
Wenger admitted that they have made no progress on talks over a new
deal with Edu and that he wants the player to stay.
"We have not progressed. That is the worry at the moment as we need
his (Edu's) commitment," said Wenger.
"My feeling is that he wants to stay but he wants to play regularly."
Wenger is more confident about keeping Sol Campbell at the club.
Campbell is in the same boat as Edu with his contract expiring next
summer and he is due to take a wage cut to stay at Highbury.
Wenger revealed they are close to reaching an agreement with the England
international.
"Sol will make some sacrifices to stay with us, but we can compensate
for that by giving him a longer period of contract," added Wenger.
"We are closer to agreement with him. If you are going from Newcastle
to London, we're at Watford."

Wenger also insisted that Arsenal would not be following the example
of Manchester United in offering wage reductions to some of their top
stars
When asked if Arsenal would now follow suit, Wenger insisted: "No. We
are generous and we want to remain generous.

"If you are an isolated case, you have no chance. If I offer a player
￡500,000 basic and ￡500,000 on performance, but someone else offers
them ￡1 million straight away, where will the player go?"
看來Edu真有可能會走 :(
