Bolton midfielder Gary Speed has been relieved of his coaching duties at
the Reebok Stadium so he can focus his efforts towards playing.
Gary Speed 已被解除博爾頓教練一職
這樣他不用再分心，重新集中精神於比賽上。
The 38-year-old Speed was given the role by Sammy Lee when he took over
from Sam Allardyce at the end of last season, a decision Lee has since
retracted.
自小山姆接過剛離開博爾頓的大山姆，擔任主帥一職後
他便任命Speed兼任教練一職，不過這次也是小山姆解除其職位的。
Lee said: "I would like him to focus on his game at this moment in time.
I don't want anything to distract him. I want everybody, coaches and players,
to be fully focused on their game."
小山姆的解釋非常簡單，就是希望隊中每名成員都集中精神於其工作。
Speculation of a rift between Lee and Speed developed after the former
Wales captain was left out of the squad for Bolton's 1-0 defeat to Chelsea on
Sunday.
Speed was thought to be considering his future and standing down as first-
team coach. However, because of his playing contract he is unable to leave the
club.
外界臆測他們不和始於Speed在藍軍一戰沒有被列入比賽名單。
Speed被外界認為會專職於教練一職。所以二人不爽了
Sam Allardyce could tempt Speed to hang up his boots and join Newcastle in
a coaching capacity.
Speed spent five years as a player at St James' Park and might be
persuaded to become reunited with Allardyce, the man who bought him to Bolton,
in the north east.
只是大山姆早就想著把他帶回來了...嘿嘿。
