Skysports.com Emre denies FA charge By Alex Dunn - Created on 25 Jan 2007 Newcastle United midfielder Emre has denied a Football Association charge of using racially-aggravated and/or insulting words against Everton last month. The Turkey international has been brought to task over an alleged incident which took place in the Premiership clash on 30th December. It is claimed Emre made racist comments, with Everton's Tim Howard, Joleon Lescott and Joseph Yobo all reacting furiously towards the player after Newcastle were awarded a penalty in the 3-0 defeat at Goodison Park. Emre has always maintained his innocence since the allegations were made and has now requested a personal hearing. Referee Dermot Gallagher did not hear the alleged comments and The FA called on Everton to provide further details about the offence. The FA's official website issued a brief statement to confirm that Emre has denied the charge. "Newcastle United's Belozoglu Emre has denied a charge of using racially- aggravated abusive and/or insulting words and has requested a personal hearing ." -- 反正就是一如所料,Emre沒作當然沒認啦 嘖嘖,快要出門了,很多東西沒收拾 @@" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.222.27
