JAMES Milner will become Newcastle United's most-capped England Under-21
player if he figures against Slovakia at Carrow Road on Tuesday.

The winger currently has 20 appearances to his name since joining the
Magpies in 2004, and has 23 in total.

And Milner will pass Shola Ameobi's previous record if he plays some part
in the Three Lions' final warm-up match before this summer's European
Championships.
The 21-year-old is the most experienced outfield player in Stuart Pearce's
23-man squad which heads to Holland next week ahead of the two-week tournament.
Steven Taylor is also included in the squad with the pair both expected to
start England's opening fixture against Czech Republic on June 11.
