  Jonathan Woodgate insists he wants to remain at Real Madrid this season
  despite widespread interest in his services from England.

  Reports last week suggested Arsenal were contemplating a move for the
  26-year-old and the likes of Middlesbrough and Bolton are also understood to
  be monitoring his situation.

  However, Woodgate, who is fully fit after a full pre-season, has set his
  sights on earning himself a spot in new Real boss Fabio Capello's first team.

  "My challenge is to win two titles with Real this season," he stated.

  The former Leeds and Newcastle man admits he has been very impressed with
  Capello since his arrival at the club and is convinced the Italian can bring
  the glory days back to Real.

  木門對CApello的印象不錯~也相信他能帶領皇馬重返巔峰~

  "Real have made the perfect choice," he continued.

  However, Spanish sources suggest Woodgate's future is far from clear cut with
  Capello understood to be in the market for another central defender.

  The Italian tactician is ready to offload Ronaldo to Milan and will look to
  spend the proceeds on strengthening his defence.

  transfer window then both Woodgate and Ivan Helguera could be allowed to
  leave, either on loan or permanently, with the likes of Hamburg and Valencia
  chasing Helguera.
